Video and image submission guidelines
All copyrighted material within “DUSK INDEX: GION,” including images, videos, music, and audio (hereinafter referred to as “in-game materials”), is owned by Bushiroad Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Bushiroad”) or third parties that have granted rights to Bushiroad. Reproduction, distribution, uploading to the Internet, etc., is prohibited without Bushiroad’s prior permission.

To ensure that as many customers as possible can enjoy the game, please consider using a “Spoiler Alert” or similar label when posting content that includes spoilers.
[Notes]
Videos and still images (hereinafter referred to as “gameplay videos”) created using in-game materials themselves or images, videos, etc. that have been copied or captured from in-game materials (hereinafter referred to as “videos”) may be posted to sharing sites by individuals, provided that they are not for commercial purposes. However, you may use the officially provided partner programs, creator programs, Super Chat, and other features that collect advertising fees.
・As a general rule, still illustrations that appear in the game cannot be used as video thumbnails or posted to sharing sites.
However, it is okay for still illustrations to appear in streamed videos.
・The posting of gameplay videos, etc., as listed below, is prohibited.
(1) Anything that violates these Guidelines or any related terms and rules individually established by Bushiroad.
(2) Anything that damages the reputation or image of Bushiroad, “DUSK INDEX: GION,” other Bushiroad products, content, cast members, or in-game copyright holders, or anything that damages the reputation or image of a third party.
(3) Anything that violates laws and regulations or public order and morals, or anything that could potentially do so (including anti-social language).
(4) Anything that gives the impression, or could potentially give the impression, that you are supporting or officially endorsing a specific individual, political party, religious organization, etc.
(5) Anything that gives the impression, or could potentially give the impression, that you are sponsored or affiliated with Bushiroad, or that you are affiliated with Bushiroad.
(6) Anything that infringes the rights of a third party.
(7) Anything that only contains music data such as background music, or anything whose main purpose is to listen to music.
(8) Anything that lacks originality, such as simply streaming content without narration.
– If there is space within the gameplay video or on the sharing site to post an introduction to the gameplay video, please include the following copyright notice in an appropriate location within the introduction, in a size that is clearly visible at a glance.

– Bushiroad reserves the right to take legal action against illegal or inappropriate posts, posts that violate public order and morals, and posts of gameplay videos and other content that violate these guidelines, as well as the use of in-game copyrighted material.
– If Bushiroad requests you to delete a gameplay video, please delete the video you created promptly.
– Bushiroad makes no guarantees regarding in-game copyrighted material or gameplay videos, including that they do not infringe the rights of third parties. Furthermore, Bushiroad assumes no responsibility for any disputes or problems that may arise with third parties, including other users, as a result of posting gameplay videos and other content.
– We will not respond to individual inquiries regarding these guidelines. Thank you for your understanding.
